Incoming email

Hi,

I have had no incoming mail since 5/4. Next to the Inbox tab in the mail menu is a small sideways 'S' or lightning bolt symbol. When I click on this symbol, a message appears on the top right of my screen;

Mail password required Enter your password for "username" in Internet Accounts.

I cannot remember the password and have tried everything. This didn't really fit into any of the board categories. 

I would appreciate any assistance. Thanks

Some people have access to the email reset password facility and some don't. Have a look at the link below for instruction.
