Hello, I started the optus sevice on march, 2019
I heard the plan that I contracted is 1 year plan, so after 1 year It will be canceled automatically from optus employee
So I understood about my service be going to like that, I did nothing before I come back to my country
But it still demands me to pay bills
Even I haven’t been using Aus number after on march 2020
At first receiving pay bills (I mean after I was back my country) I thought ’omg maybe I forgot to pay last bills of my plan.’ and I paid it. (Even it was 170$ I thought it plus extra bills bc I was late to pay it)
but optus always sends me the e-mail about bills
Now is almost August and after 5 months my optus plan should be done!
Why does it happen?
The employee did explain wrong thing to me?
Plz solve my problem fastly
