I need an already accepted Sim to grant access to my Optus account

I have this problem where my Optus account doesn’t haven’t any linked sims on it but to grant access I need an already accepted sim on the account and can’t do so on the website only the app

Just a heads up that we don't have access to customer accounts here on Yes Crowd.


If you have a social media account, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details.
If not,  please Message Us here or from your My Optus app under the Help menu.
