I cant login to my account

I am unable to access my account to discontinue the automatic recharge on my account. I am no longer living in the Australia and I cant use my number to receive a text or call for help from Optus. when I log in it says my account is not registered but when I try to register it says that this account cannot be registered. So I am just unsure what to do because I need to login to cancel automatic recharge so they do not charge my credit card for a service I will no longer be using but my account is not accessible and I can't contact Optus for help.

Dear moderator, I am an Optus mobile user and seem to be having the same problem. That is, the personal email address has not been logged with Optus, but to log in, I will require an official email address.

If performing the same query on my mobile, I am presented with the "Optus App" option. Which loops around to asking for my email and password, which I cannot get in because it needs to be the official email address.

The endless loop presented on the app makes it a perpetual problem that cannot be resolved.

Hi @Jamjam2, to fix your My Account / Optus app issue we will need to access your account. We don`t have access to customers account on this public forum. You will need to speak with our support team either via the → messaging service or by calling them on 133937 - Mon - Fri 8am - 8pm AEST to assist you further.
