I am unable to access my account to discontinue the automatic recharge on my account. I am no longer living in the Australia and I cant use my number to receive a text or call for help from Optus. when I log in it says my account is not registered but when I try to register it says that this account cannot be registered. So I am just unsure what to do because I need to login to cancel automatic recharge so they do not charge my credit card for a service I will no longer be using but my account is not accessible and I can't contact Optus for help.
