I cannot login My Optus app. So I cannot use the messaging services on app. When I try to login my mobile number, the app said that my number is not valid. But I just applied the suspending services in July, and paid the suspending fees in the past two months. What's wrong with my mobile number? Why the app said it is not valid? I also try to login my account by the email address, but it still doesn't work. that's really awful.
@BillyBilly The Optus Staff that are active in Yes Crowd cannot cannot access or view customer accounts/orders due to privacy regulations.
You can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.
