Recently, I just bought the home wireless broadband plan. The store clerk said that I could see my usage in my Optus account. But I couldn’t join my Optus account until now. Every time I try to register it’s always said that something is wrong or link is expired
It's unclear if it's on the Optus network (My Account) or resale network (Member Services).
What link are you using? Have you tried a different broswer?
