How long time the cancellation process will take?


I placed an online order on 14 March, and received email notifying me the order had left the warehouse on 16 March. I received message on 27 March, was told that my order had been returned to warehouse. I have no idea what was happening. I left my work address on the order, and my work place is open 7 days...

Now I would like cancel this order, but I cannot get any help until I become Optus customer. I've seen another answer said the order is in cancellation process when it's been returned. I just wonder how long time this process would take? So that I can place another order in store.
