I haven't logged in to the Optus website for some time and the interface has all changed now. I can't see anywhere to view/download PDF copies of my bills anymore. I used to be able to see 7 years worth.
Can anyone shed some light on where they've gone?
One option if you have the same email account is do a search there for past bills.
But here hit MY ACCOUNT (top right profile). Scroll down to the service number. Expand and there should be VIEW PAST BILLS somewhere.
Can you please login and try this?
I know it used to be there, but it is gone.
When I originally posted it was the weekend and I thought there might have been some tech issue that was going to be resolved during business hours, but I tried again today and it looks the same.
At least the app is working now... on the weekend not even that was working. The website is still a mystery...
Under YOUR BILLS in your MYACCOUNT (you need to select the second 'page' - squares at the bottom)
Note, I didn't really see but perhaps you need to click VIEW LATEST BILL before the VIEW PREVIOUS BILL appears?
