Forward our landline number to mobile, please

Dear Sirs or Madams,

How are you?

My name is IKBUM LEE who Optus user ID "ausjune" my mobile number is *****& *****& landline number is *****at *****.

I'm writing to fix 2 problems.

Firstly, I don't know why always error message when I log in with hidden.

Secondly, could you please forward all income calls from ***** to *****?

I want to receive all calls at *****instead of a landline.
