Folder sync

So im setting up my new Outlook in office 365, when I sync with webmail it’s pulling down folders I deleted yonks ago. Why am we seeing deleted folders? There isn’t even any contents.

Hi @carmends, did you delete the folders from an email application like Outlook / Windows mail before? If it was then that might have not synchronised with the Optus webmail server. So on the Optus webmail server the folders are still there. I would recommend to delete the folders directly from webmail → login


You can also refer to our webmail → settings page to make sure all the settings are correct. If you need further assistance then you are best to speak with our Technical Support team via the → messaging service to look into this for you.

I deleted the folders out of webmail. But they keep coming back to haunt, not in webmail but in outlook. I just want the same file structure i have in webmail
