Failure to respond to my communications

Dirty ASF after 5 days with zero Optus response to my endless attempts to be or make contact re nbn and mobile service tech issues. NOT GOOD ENOUGH OPTUS!

It seems to be the same for everyone unfortunately as closing down their support centres does not leave much support for anything.

It’s pathetic ay mate, Optus has always in my opinion had the worst customer service manners and continuously fail in the area of customer support.

Yes I would agree their support is terrible at the best of times however you can hardly blame them for this. If I had friends of family working in close proximity to each other in this current climate I would not want them working there at all.
