My Optus webmail has stopped working completely. When I try to login through webmail it says the username or password are invalid. I have contacted Optus and they have sent me temporary passwords but nothing they have done or suggested has fixed the problem.
Hi @Pete123, apologies for any inconvenience caused to the issues with your webmail. We're aware of an issue impacting the webmail services (REF#22859280) at the moment. There was upgrade deployed however it is still work in progress. Our Tech teams are working to restore services as soon as possible. We appreciate your patience in the meantime.
I was wondering if there was somewhere that has information about progress on this issue - I have been without email now for nearly two weeks. Have been able to intermittently get it through webmail - but nothing to my Windows Live. Couple of calls to the tech line resulted in lengthy waits, only to be told, we're working on it. Seems to be affecting a lot of people but really hard to find anything. Thanks, Chris
