You don't even have my query as an option is your select board location. I picked My Account as there was nothing even close to email. I have been trying for days to find info on how to assist with optus email and all you suggest is check internet connection. This is not the problem.
I haven't been able to receive emails for over a week. I can login to my email but I can't clear it out. Whenever I click on the Trash folder or try to move emails from my inbox to the trash it won't to it.
It says can't locate folder. Not sure why it would say this as the folder is listed down the left hand side. This has been going on for days. How do I fix this so i can access emails which i am urgently trying to access?
