I have been having double data for ages now as part of a plan I signed up to. All of a sudden this has stopped. Has anyone else had similar issues? I’m trying to get through to customer service but having trouble, the message tab on My Optus App keeps saying failed to connect. Help please!
Double data was a 'bonus' for the duration of your contract. Yes Optus made this less than clear signing up but the deal is now over. You now need to look around and select a new plan, either from Optus or elsewhere.
