Credit Review & Recontact Time

I signed up for a new plan two weeks ago. Credit review didn't get back to me until the Friday that just passed (took then 9 days).

They said they have passed it back to the sales team for finalisation but I haven't heard anything since.

14 days to order a phone is getting a little long, I was hoping online would be quick and convenient.

If possible, I would recommend getting in touch with our Messenger Team via the My Optus app, as they can assist in having this order followed up for you.
