Even reset my password, it still doesn’t work

It's disappointing to hear that you're experiencing issues accessing your My Account via the app. We have a range of handy troubleshooting tips for the My Optus App/ Account.

If you're still unable to login, we recommend sending a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for further assistance mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.
