Hi @jennifermcgowan, we're unable to access your account through Yes Crowd as it is a public forum.
You can however view all of your contract details yourself via the My Optus App. Just open the app and select the service in question. You can then select 'Settings', then 'Plan', and finally 'Plan term' to view your contract end date. For more info, check out our View your contract details guide.
