Closing an email account

Hello,

 

I have an email account namely hidden that I would like to close as I have not use it since 2019 and do not intend to use it again. There is more than 1170 emails on it most of them being spams.

Can you help with it?

@alpalope50  Yes Crowd is a public forum and not a direct support point for Optus.
If you are still an Optus customer do you have another email address as a contact point for Optus?

Please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.
