I wish to change my Optus Yes Crowd username. In the past there were a couple of posts done with my permission by a friend who had a service on my Optus account. This person is no longer on my account (moved onto another account via change of ownership) but I would like to contribute more on here to help and be helped solve problems.
Can an Optus rep please assist when they are able to?
