Card protection.

Hi I've been trying to recharge using debit card but it says card protection is activated. How do i deactivate this asap. Help please !?

Hello @Ashjm87. I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues recharging. Have you since reached out to our prepaid team to request assistance with this? A request may need to be put through to remove any block on your card. Our prepaid team can be reached via Live Chat or on 1300555002.
