Absolutely ridiculous. I need to change credit card details. Add a new card in my profile ynder 'my account'. But under bills, payment options it still has my old card. It wont let me change it. The Optus Chat person was useless and told me to call 133937. Whcih if I want to to talk to someone I have to wait 45 minutes. Have to jump through hoops to update my payments for you. idiots.
