Cannot open monthly bill

I cannot open the bill. It comes up in the drop down menu under My Account and that is it.  It defaults to another page/menu that is not useful.

Sorry to see you're having some issues with viewing your Bill. Is this happening when using your My Account?

Hi @kungalegtsok, from what you have mentioned it seems your online My Account is not setup correctly. We will need to look into your account to fix it. However since this is a public forum we can`t access customers account details here. As such your best to speak with our Billing team via the → messaging service to assist you further.

@KartikaIs it possible for you to request that z_hook be given more training on how to respond to end users as the response was not acceptable IMHO and give this as an example.
