Cannot Recharge

I am trying to recharge one of two phones on my account.  Four times over three days I have received the message "Sorry there have been too many unsuccessful attempts to recharge this service today".  This occurred from the very first attempt to the last.  How do I solve this?  (I  live in the UK so going into an Optus Yes store is not an option!)
