Hi there @McBride32, sorry to hear you're having some issues with your Optus service.
Sometimes, a service may be cancelled by an automated system process particularly with prepaid services that haven't had a recharge in a while. If you have a prepaid service, when was the last time you applied a recharge to your service? If you haven't done a recharge within 6 months after your previous credit expired, your phone number would be deemed inactive and the service cancelled.
I'd recommend sending a private message to the official Optus Facebook or Twitter page where we'll be able to verify your details securely and take a closer look at your account to confirm what the order number was for and assist you in resolving your issue.
