I had to move away from Optus when I went overseas and my old Account number is still active and I can log in. I don't need the account number or broadband number associated with this account.
I signed up again for Optus and now have a new account number but I can't seem to register an account because my email and phone number is already in use in the old account.
How can I get my new account details registered on my My Account?
I would suggest live chat and ask themn to clear your old account.
