The past few times I’ve been to the movies I’ve been unable to book my tickets through Optus Perks. I get to the final booking stage with Hoyts and my payment gets declined.
I’ve tried using a different browser, various cards, nothing seems to work. The first time I thought maybe it was just a banking issue but tonight has pushed me over the edge. I was trying to book for a late night session, Optus live chat was no help and they advised me to call the Perks team which wasn’t open. So I’ve now paid and extra $60 bucks for movie tickets do to this defective system.
