Can't activate mobile tv streaming for ipad

How Do I  activate mobile tv streaming for my iPad? I keep getting the following popup everytime I tried to activate. 

 

 

There are no changes to send

Just to be clear, you have a SIM card for your iPad right? If it's not working through My Account jump onto Live Chat and they can activate it for you. Sometimes it just gets stuck - http://yesopt.us/chat2us

Yes, there's a SIM card on the iPad. Live chat doesn't seem to be working from my iPad. 

 

Have called support. Apparently it'll take 24-48 hours to activate??? Doesn't seem right.

Hey MrCrumb, 24 - 48 hours for activation is the usual timeframe. Were you still having the same issues with your service?

After waiting more than 3 hours on the phone and being bounced from one department to another (customer service, Tech support etc), the issue is still unresolved. 

 

The Tech department promised to contact me again in 24 hours but I have yet to hear anything 3 days later.

That's definitely not good to hear @MrCrumb and we're really sorry it didn't work out the way it should. Are you able to PM  Here your full name, Optus number & date of birth so we can take a look into this?
