Yes, there's a SIM card on the iPad. Live chat doesn't seem to be working from my iPad.
Have called support. Apparently it'll take 24-48 hours to activate??? Doesn't seem right.
After waiting more than 3 hours on the phone and being bounced from one department to another (customer service, Tech support etc), the issue is still unresolved.
The Tech department promised to contact me again in 24 hours but I have yet to hear anything 3 days later.
That's definitely not good to hear @MrCrumb and we're really sorry it didn't work out the way it should. Are you able to PM Here your full name, Optus number & date of birth so we can take a look into this?
