Call failed

I see this message and can’t make a call . Please help to fix

Could you supply some more details please? Phone brand/model, prepaid or postpaid.

Thanks for picking this up Ray.. To add, I assume you’ve turned off the phone, ejected and then reinserted the sim then finally turned the phone back on? Plus maybe also see if VOIP is active and disable that?
