a) Spam the users with Optus trying to sell product or services.
b) Inform users of optus issues and changes.
c) Post info that is hopefully helpful to allot of end users.
d) Badly justify changes that either cost the end users more or remove functionality by justifying it with some marketing spin.
I have seen all 4 of these type of posts.
The BLOG is not for end users to blog on as its a "My Optus Blog" aka "My" as in Optus marketing "My".
Hi @Rachel924, Optus yes Crown blog and Community use the same login. Optus Blog is used to post announcements or updates by Optus and the community is used to ask questions or discussions by customers. I hope this helps.
