When I go into My Profile and click on Contracts, it lists the three contracts I have with Optus.
1. Mobile Account
2. Expired Bundle (Broadband & home telephone)
3. Current Bundle (Broadband & home telephone) dated May 2019
The problem is that I can view and download 1 & 2 OK but 3 displays a blank screen in view and when downloaded shows a 3KB blank PDF.
Anybody else experiencing this problem?

Is this when using the My Optus App or My Account online portal?
You should be able to find it here.
I'm using the My Account online portal to view the contract.
Thanks also for the link to the various contracts.
I'm able to view mine so it may just be an issue with that particular one.
