Billing Problem

I am receiving a bill from Optus which I have proof that I paid.

How and Who can I get in touch with someone to sort things out.

If for some reason you’re unable to, if you have a social media (Facebook or Twitter) account then please send a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for further assistance mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.

If you don't want to use the Optus App, facebook or twitter I'd suggest you just write. That makes it an official complaint with a complaint number and someone can look it over.

If you haven't already and can afford it I would pay the bill (again). If/when Optus sort it out they're happy to put the amount in as credit towards a future bill.
