Beware of targeted SMS Phishing

Beware of SMS's claiming to be from Optus requesting payment. The link in the SMS is typically formatted as follows:

https:// secure-payment.today/cust?id=614xxxxxxxx&amount-1223

and includes your mobile phone number. The domain name (which I have highlighted in bold)  changes frequently. As I write this, the following domain names are active, and Optus is only blocking the last two:


secure-payment.today

netbank-security.net

netbank-security.org

secure-payment.shop

secure-payment.online

They are trying to get your My Account login details as well as Credit/Debit card details as follows:
