What an appalling and in uneducated bunch of people I have ever spoken to
my phone was on a post paid account to what I thought changed to prepay plus
no they put me on a prepay long expiry (which I never ask for)then stuffed that up now my phone is disconnected today
I am writing to the ombudsman tomorrow

yes tried that, I think they were the ones in the first place that started all the mess.
have changed carriers and thinking of disconnecting my Optus internet , left bad taste.
i will tell 5 people of this bad service too.
