After making an online payment to top up my phone I cannot sign out, I just have to bale out.

Yes, sorry, on PC. Browser is Firefox but can hardly imagine that is critical. My drop down menu does not show on the final billing page.

You shouldn't need to sign in to make a recharge payment online
