Adding another person to my account

Hi,

How do I add the details of my partner onto my Optus account? I'd like the bills to be addressed to us both.

Only 1 person(or company if business account) can be on an Optus bill.

Though at the moment its pretty difficult to contact support for it. Not sure if you can set it up in a store.
