Account cancellation business

Had all my business services cancelled in January, but keep receiving a bill for one of the numbers. Have emailed, called and online chat and have been told that it has been removed but keep receiving bills.

Thanks for raising this with us here and I'm sorry to see you've had these troubles with getting the bill finalised. 

We are unable to look into account details on Yes Crowd and would normally suggest you chat with our Support teams. As you no longer have access to the My Optus App and have said you've already called, it's recommended you reach out to the Social Media team for assistance. 

You can do this by sending a PM to Optus on Facebook or a DM on Twitter with the details for further assistance, mentioning you’re unable to use the My Optus app.
