A possible solution - If you cannot login in the my optus mobile app

Hi. I was facing such a problem: I can login my account in the web page but cannot login in the my optus mobile app (iOS version). It kept showing "incorrect password".

A possible reason is the special letters. I had "#", "@", and "+" in my old password. I changed the password to a plain one and then get logged in successfully.

It seems like an app bug. Hope this post helps if you are having the same problem.
