4g backup not working

New fttn connection was working but no backup. Sim card is in the modem. Signal level on phone is good.

No local store that I can attend. What can I do other than 5-6 hours on the phone getting bounced around departments?

@malesadam Has the 4g backup worked before? There was a bad batch of sims. 

Please message Optus Support 24/7 from the My Optus app. If you do not have access to the My Optus app you can use social media to contact Optus Support, please send a PM to Optus on  Facebook or a DM on Twitter and include in the message you do not have access to the My Optus app.

It's like pulling teeth. There is a known issue. We can identify the issue but like hell any one is going to fix it....
