On 06 February, I had contacted with Optus about the wrong payment with wrong BPAY number. I had paid 40.71 dollars of this and I had asked for the refund then they said it will takes about 5-7 business days to investigate this case. Also, the staff told me this case will be a missing payment to be raised. When can I get my money back? It’s almost one month. No one contacts me after this.
