wrong payment of wrong BPAY number

On 06 February, I had contacted with Optus about the wrong payment with wrong BPAY number. I had paid 40.71 dollars of this and I had asked for the refund then they said it will takes about 5-7 business days to investigate this case. Also, the staff told me this case will be a missing payment to be raised. When can I get my money back? It’s almost one month. No one contacts me after this.

You'll need to keep following it up yourself unfortunately.

 

Contact  Optus directly and see where it is at.
