I'm trying to access my voicemail by calling 321 and I keep getting a message saying "optus advises that the mobile you are trying to reach is disconnected" is anyone else having these issues? it has only been from today

Dealing with optus love chat on the iphone app.
Advisor tells me voicemail wasnt set up, and to call 321 to set it up.
I ask why its not set up, as it was yesterday... he just says call 321..
I say when I call 321 its disconnected.... he tells me to call 1509 and choose voicemail settings...
There are no voicemail settings at that number, so he eventually transfers me to "tech team"....
Talk about incompetent.
Bahahaha at least you got a response from the chat team!! I'm like hello hello hello? No answer.... I'll try the 1509 too though
Why do the Online chat take so long to reply to the simplest thing?
I wrote that I had a problem with voicemail, it went back and forth and then he wrote "I believe it is an issue with voicemail"...erm ok....
So after some time, the tech person got me to activate flight mode for 10secs, then back to normal.. and things seem to be working again.
Good to hear it got fixed. I tried the flight mode, but it didn't fix it 😞
35mins on the phone now to Techo's (plus 15mins in the online chat) and I'm still not making any progress.. Although they say it's a known problem
