Hey @MumB, had you been advised whether or not there was a fee to unlock the handset? As long as you've recharged $80.00 or more, there really shouldn't be an issue unlocking the handset. We can always send through a request to have the handset unlocked from our end. Are you able to PM us your details? We'd need your full name, DOB and mobile number. We'll try and help you out here.
I got the same issue that my alcatel one touch pixi 3 is locked and I'm really need it unlock cuz I'm traveling ''now''. It's inconvenient that I can't ues the internet and call. Futhermore, I'm going back to my country and I don't want to speand extra money to get a new phone!
I've tried so many ways to solve this problem but only getting frustrated. Is anyone here can help?
