I got a coles optus pre-paid card yesterday. I activated it fine, transferred my old telstra number, and I can send messages and call. However, when my dad tries to send or call from his phone, it says my number is not connected? I can receive calls and messages from other phones, and I tried deleting and re-entering my contact info in his phone, but that didnt work. It just keeps saying the number is not connected when he tries to call. Both are new-ish phones (samsing s6/s7). Not sure now if its something to do with telstra transfering my old number, or if its optus, or if its something to do with his phone (which is with telstra)? This is very annoying! I'd appreciate any suggestions.
