sim replacement

hi,trying to replace old large sim card to a small sim card for my 80 year old father no luck. went in store without him as he is not very mobile but store wouldn't do. tried online but ran into problems. rang your phone service then got told they will get supervisor to call back( no return phone call)!!! it should be a simple process- change sim with same number ????

At this stage, we've removed the ability to replace your existing SIM card online. In-store, we do need the account holder to present us with 100 points of ID.


Only the account holder can request a change of SIM. It really is a simple straight forward request, but we do need to adhere to our business security/privacy policy.
