sim activation

Its been weeks and my sim hasnt activated yet when i go to optus.com.au/activation it just tells me to wait. What should i do ?

Also i dont get any bills on my email and no paper billings came to my house or whatever i just want to insure that when i do get billed it doesnt stack up or something

I'd recommend you send a message to our Social Media team on Facebook or Twitter if you have a profile on one of these. They'll be able to grab your details and take a look into this for you.
