samsung galaxy J3 can't make/receive calls.

I have a new Prime J327T for work and I can't get it to make/receive calls. All the other functions like sms, mms, mobile data etc work. I have gone through the optus troubleshooting page and tried all the steps with no luck. It has 4G LTE. Does anyone know if this phone is compatible with Optus?

J327t is the T Mobile version - definately not Australian release.

If it is that model number- supports no 3 or 4g bands that Optus uses (as its built specifically for tmobiles network).

Only thing close is band5 that Telstra uses for 3g and band 5 that Vodafone uses for 4g.

Can you check the model number in the phones menu?

Thanks paddylee, yep its a T mobile version so I guess its still good as a paperweight.
