My Inbox is full, despite removing most emails, sent items and trash. I can only think that Webmail is the problem, but have forgotten password to access it and delete emails there.
Internet solutions mean receiving a password by email - which I can't do!
Phone call for help on Friday suggested I would receive a text from Optus to help, but nothing so far!
I am elderly and self isolating, so need my email to help me stay in contact with family and friends.
Suggestions gratefully received.
