When I activated my sim card.
A men who works at optus put down other detail instead of my detail
it made a problem when i tryied to change my sim plan to new offer by online.
i requested for changing my detail in a store. it needed couple of business day.
offer was closed and i haven't been received answer about my order yet. i just got teporary number.
now my detail is right. should i wait till it's done?
i am annoyed by the optus staff who created this problem.

Which details had we incorrectly input? Was it completely wrong or had we mistakenly input your name or DOB?
When did you place your online order? You have a temporary order reference number beginning with T?
