I have recharged a data add on this morning by optus app and an transaction of that much money has already shown in my bank. However, the data didn't show up in the app (normally it just takes a few seconds ) and I have noticed that I'm using my credit while browsing. The OPTUS live chat is not working (always busy..). Does anyone know what I can do?
Hey xju, sorry to hear of the issues. Optus will need to track down your missing payment if the credit is not applied. Current wait times are between 5-10 minutes via Live Chat or on 1300555002.
