I switched online from Telstra to Optus 6 days back.
I was told my service will continue till I receive new sim card.
Unfortunately my Telstra service stopped last night and I haven't received my optus sim yet.
I checked online order status and It says shipping details not available yet.
I had a chat with Optus customer care and they asked me to visit store in the morning to get a blank sim and they will activate instantly.
I visited the store this morning and they said they can't activate a sim as shipping details are unavailable so sim has not been assigned even though porting is successful.
They asked me to wait for SIM to be delivered for which ETA is 2-3 days as shipping's are delayed.
It is horrible to be without a phone for 2 days I am running a small business and am going to loose my money.
Can anyone please help If there is any faster way to process It.

Hopefully the SIM arrives very soon.
