I have noticed on this months bill we have been charged a payment processing fee? Does anyone know why, nothing has changed from any previous months, still pay the same way! Is this another way Optus are getting money out of us. If they charge everyone this, they will make a small fortune...….
what is the justification for this fee besides "we want you to use direct debit"?
Does paying Optus money with any other means really cost them that much that they put this back on the customer? lol
let's be real, it costs Singtel NOTHING to process payments. for "the biggest telco in Asia" it's pretty embarrassing.
